Our Charitable Institution Solution, based on our AIGscan, is all you need to acquire (in the most automated way) the Donor information which is required by the Government.
A PC System complete with a configured Software are provided packaged and ready to go. Simply open the box, give the System a place to operate and run it from the desktop.
The System is provided with a PC and Check scanner, this machine captures the image (like a Digital Camera does) of the front ad back of the Check. ‘Reads’ most of the information provided on the check’s front and Stores the information on a Data base. If the Information is incomplete, a guided data entry will allow the population of the missing data or correct the recognized one by bringing part of the images of the checks as needed.
All the process is streamed lined so it is easy, simple and understandable.
Once you have used it for the first time, you will never want to go back to any other method again.
