Basic Batch Scanning 


Overview

AIG Mini Batch is a small and robust application capable of handling all AIG Scan  scanner Drivers. For more information see AIG Scan Scanner Drivers  
With AIG Mini Batch you can scan checks and save the scanned images in JPEG files and the MICR codeline information that is read at scan time is saved into a text based delimited index file.

The application is divided into two basic parts. The first part consists of configuring the batch to be scanned and the second is the execution of the scanning.

Configuration

Through a very friendly interface, all aspects of the configuration can be set for an specific batch.
This configuration is saved automatically.

Scanning

Through the Main screen of the application, the operator can execute the scanning process by simply clicking the Start button.
From there on, AIG Mini Batch takes charge of the scanning process and keeps scanning the documents while showing and saving the images and the MICR data or indexes obtained  into a text file (comma delimited) along with the path, file name and batch information.
