Introduction 

AIG  AIG  OCX for LS series scanners is designed to allow fast integration of the Check Scanner Models LS100, LS200 and LS510 into your application with control all functions

It has never been easier to manage these scanners. The OCX library simplifies command of the functions and requires very few lines of code to implement them. Now you can obtain all the power of the native device communication with less overhead and a minimum amount of interface levels.

  Control del Controlling the functions

You can control the scanner properties from your application, directly without user intervention, or you can provide a configuration screen so the user can define the operating parameters.

  Retrieving the returns

Through events, the control furnishes your application with data obtained from the scanned document ( Codeline, OCR, Barcode) according to the scanners capabilities, and the configuration of the parameters.

 In order to save the images you simply specify the path, and file name that you want to save the scanned image to.
 Since the file name specification can be made AFTER you have received the document data, you can, therefore, use information from the document to 'create' the file name and storage path.

  Error Management

The control informs your application by an event when an error has occurred, while also specifying the cause of the error.

  Compatibility

This SDK is encapsulated as an OCX, and there is one for each specific scanner. It is compatible with the high level languages of Visual Basic ®, Foxpro ® and C++ ®.
