- Prepare the documents by separating the papers from their folders and aggregating ID's which will be used for Indexing
- Scan the documents and return the paper files to their original state
- Index the document images to your specifications and provide you with guidance on 'what is the best way' to retrieve those images
- Integrate the indexes and images into your existing Document Management software or provide your with the Solution of Software and Hardware to satisfy your needs.
